What Does the Process Look Like?

Getting started takes just a few steps. Here's what you can expect:

1. Watch the Orientation

Learn how the Arise Platform works, what you'll need, and what to expect throughout the registration process.

2. Register on the Arise Platform

Create your Arise account and complete your registration.

3. Complete the PC Check

Verify that your computer meets the technical requirements for the platform.

4. Complete the Assessment

Complete the required assessment as part of your registration.

5. Sign Your Agreements

Complete all required agreements, including your Arise agreements and the Scale With TARS Independent Contractor Agreement.

6. Set Up Your Gusto Account

Complete your Gusto onboarding so you're ready to receive payments once you begin servicing.

7. Choose a Client Opportunity

Review the available client opportunities and select the certification class that best fits your schedule and goals.

8. Complete Certification

Attend training, complete all required coursework, and successfully pass certification.

9. Start Servicing!

Once you've completed certification and accepted your Statement of Work (SOW), you're ready to begin servicing your first client opportunity.
