Will I Need a Background Check, Drug Screen, or Fingerprinting?

Some client opportunities require one or more of the following before you can begin servicing:

  • Background check
  • Fingerprinting
  • Drug screening

The requirements vary by client, so not every opportunity will require all three.

In most cases, the cost of these screenings is covered by the client. If a required screening is not covered, Scale With TARS will reimburse the cost after you:

  • Successfully complete certification, and
  • Sign your first production Statement of Work (SOW).

Once you have a background check on file, it can often be used for multiple client opportunities over the next few years, depending on the client's requirements and the age of the background check. You may not need to purchase a new background check each time you select a new opportunity.

Any required screenings will be listed in the opportunity details before you register for certification.
