How Is My Time Tracked?

Your service time is tracked automatically by the client's systems. The system records when you're logged in and servicing, as well as when you're logged out. You do not need to manually submit your hours.

To help you stay on track, we've created an optional Hours Tracker that allows you to monitor your serviced hours and ensure you're meeting your client's scheduling requirements.
