What Are the Computer Requirements?

Computer requirements vary by client, but most opportunities on the Arise Platform require the following:

  • Windows 11 (fully updated)
  • Intel Core i5 processor (6th Generation or newer) or equivalent
  • 8 GB of RAM or more (some opportunities require 12 GB or more)
  • Hardwired Ethernet internet connection (Wi-Fi is not permitted while servicing)
  • USB headset with a noise-canceling microphone
  • Webcam (required during many certification classes)
  • Dual monitors may be required depending on the client
  • A smartphone may be required for multi-factor authentication

Some clients also require additional equipment, such as a hardware security key (YubiKey) or a dedicated telephone/VoIP setup.
